This policy explains what iJustHelp (a Hotca company) does with the information you send us. In short: we use it to reply to you, nothing else.
What we collect
When you fill in the contact form, we receive what you type:
- your first and last name
- your email address
- your business name and website
- your monthly revenue range
- what you need help with, and any notes you add
If you email us or message us on Instagram, we receive the message and the details that come with it (such as your email address or username).
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
Why we use it
Only to read your enquiry, reply to you, and if you want, book a call and prepare a proposal. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list.
How it reaches us
Submitting the form opens your own email app with your answers filled in; nothing is sent until you press send. The email goes to contact@ijusthelp.com and is forwarded to our inbox by Cloudflare Email Routing.
Services that handle data for this site:
- Cloudflare hosts the website and forwards our email. Like any web host, it processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site, so your browser connects to Google when the page loads.
- Our email provider stores the messages we receive.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to talk with you, and delete them within 24 months of our last contact unless you become a client, in which case we keep what is needed for our work together and for our records.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email contact@ijusthelp.com and we will do it within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
